HEY GUYS..I AM RAKESH PLANNING TO DO MS..THESE ARE SOME VISA EXPERIENCES OF FEW PEOPLE..SO,GET BENIFT FROM THEM AND ROCK IN U R FUTURE..

NOTE:THESE ARE NOT MY EXPERINCES BUT COLLECTED FROM OTHER PLACES OF INFORMATION..I AM STILL IN MY FINAL YEAR.. IF ANY ONE NEED EXTRA INFO..PLEASE MAIL ME..

THE INTERVIEW:

I was the first at this counter...... the VO is looking groggy and sleepy( monday morning blues??)

VO:Hi!
ME:A  very good morning sir. (and smile)
VO:Tell me about ur admits and rejects
ME:Blah......Blah........Blah
VO:What is ur father doing?
ME:Sir, My father is a financial consultant..
VO: Very interesting...
ME: working at X company earning X lacs/annum and my mom works at General Electric as a software consultant earning X lacs/annum
VO: General Electric!
VO: (Holds up my transcripts) only three sheets?
ME:Sir in BITS we folow a realtice grading system and all the grades are mentioned in these sheets. I have made 7.51/10 and am places in the First Class and made Distinctions in my last two semesters.
VO:U talk very fast.......(Looks at my GRE and TOEFL score sheets.... I had made 1500/1600 and 300/300.hence is obviously very impressed) and then starts handing over all the documents except for the passport.
and asks with a smiling face: Do u have any bothers and sisters?
ME:Yes Sir...one sister
VO: What is she doing?
ME: She is just in her sixth standard sir ( and smile)
VO: Ok..........u will have ur VISA couriere to u in two days time
ME:(I heard what he said but just in case......) Sir?
VO: Thank you......u have got ur VISA

 The interview was cool.

  Me: good Morning
  VO: Good morning
  VO Show me your GRE scores
  VO Show me your TOEFl scores
  VO: You have good scores then how come you dont have any aid..
  Me: Its a good Univ and Competition......etc etc
  VO: Ok,Wish you all the best for the studies.

  That was cool hardly 5 sec.
  Guys I believe being confident and keeping your cool isimp.
  also dont give him any papers unless he asks
