Bees are declining at a faster rate. The reason has been traced to pollution. Some of the sweet aromas produced by flowers are waning at a rapid pace, ultimately causing a drastic fall in bee population. The pollutants like nitrate, hydroxyl etc are the major culprits for the regression. Although this was long anticipated, the swiftness of the development has come as a rude shock for nature lovers.
