Yes it may be harmful, but with some awareness and care we can safe eyes from any harm. I'm working dialy min of 14 hour on computer but my eyes are fine and have no problem.

Yes computerscreen r harmful to eyes

According to the research made on the topic....the harmfulness varies according to the way we are using the computers. Better try to use anti glaring screens, spectacles while using the computer.Work in shift wise, take breaks at regular intervals. Try to blink the eye lids as more as possible while working with the computer, nothing but dont stare the screen for longtime.
